Welcome to Seminyak 28 Villa in Bali . A cheap but convenience accommodation villa or town house in seminyak area Bali.
Our villas are located beside the river between Legian and Seminyak area. Just about 5 minutes ride to Legian or Seminyak Beach and about 8 minutes ride to Kuta Beach. Please view our to get a clear picture of our location. Just a perfect location if you want to spend your holiday around Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Peti Tenget area.Our complex consists of three brand new villas. Just finished in August 2009. Each villa is a three+one bedrooms villas. Each villa is facilitated with
- One master room with a private bathroom on the first floor
- Two rooms on 2nd floor with a shared bathroom
- Both bathrooms run hot and cold water
- Three rooms are completed with air conditioner
- One small room and toilet for maid
- Two living rooms: One 2nd floor and one 1st floor, completed with sofas and television
- A kitchen with stove and sink
- Microwave
- Refrigerator
- Car port
If you are travelling in a group of 4 - 8 people, our villa could be one of the best alternatives. Instead of staying in a hotel where rooms can be far apart from each other and more expensive, you can spend more time together by sharing a villa.

1 Month - USD 3.000
1 Year - USD 15.000
Additional surcharge on high season USD 25 per night applies from 1 August - 30 September and 21 December - 5 January. No surcharge for weekly, monthly and year rate.

Check out time is at 11.00 AM
Early / late check in / out time is by special arrangement only.
